CCBR typically has 15-20 ongoing projects and has completed over 500 projects since 1982. Each project is guided by our commitment to impacting social change in practical and powerful ways. We conduct research with people not on people, cultivating respect with communities at every step of the process.

- Evaluation
CCBR supported the evaluation of the IMvisible EMpowerment program led by New Brunswick Multicultural Council (NBMC). This evaluation examines the program’s accomplishments over a three-year periodfrom, April 2024 and March 2027, with a focus on assessing the program’s effectiveness in strengthening provincial capacity to support newcomer women’s employment, particularly in the areas of onboarding, hiring, and retention.
Our work included reviewing and refining the program’s evaluation framework, developing a logic model and evaluation tools, and supporting the assessment of key project activities, including employer training, an e-course, and an online film. CCBR led interviews with program staff and the primary community partner, Mosaik, to gain further insight into project processes.
Through this evaluation, CCBR identified program successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement while generating actionable insights to support future program development and alignment with funding expectations.
