Projects
CCBR typically has 15-20 ongoing projects and has completed over 500 projects since 1982. Each project is guided by our commitment to impacting social change in practical and powerful ways. We conduct research with people not on people, cultivating respect with communities at every step of the process.

CCBR supported the Sexual Assault Support Centre Waterloo Region (SASCWR) in piloting and evaluating a digital curriculum for workplace leadership teams focused on addressing gender-based bias and harm in the workplace. Funded through Women and Gender Equality Canada (WAGE), the project included curriculum development, pilot delivery, and evaluation.
Steering Committee members provided input on the curriculum and evaluation framework, piloted the curriculum, and validated the evaluation report. In addition to developing the evaluation framework and supporting pilot participant recruitment, CCBR conducted focus groups with pilot participants to assess impact, and analyzed curriculum-based evaluation data, to help improve the quality of the curriculum for future use.
