    CCBR typically has 15-20 ongoing projects and has completed over 500 projects since 1982. Each project is guided by our commitment to impacting social change in practical and powerful ways. We conduct research with people not on people, cultivating respect with communities at every step of the process.

    8901_Understanding The Impact of Accessibility throughout The Employment Journey for Job Seekers and Employees Experiencing Disability

    CCBR and CASE partnered on a community-based research project exploring barriers, promising practices, and supports shaping employment outcomes for persons experiencing disability in Canada. Through interviews with job seekers, employees, and employers, the project centred lived experiences and shared findings to support dialogue and action toward more inclusive workplaces.
