    CCBR typically has 15-20 ongoing projects and has completed over 450 projects since 1982. Each project is guided by our commitment to impacting social change in practical and powerful ways. We conduct research with people not on people, cultivating respect with communities at every step of the process.

    9190_ Identifying the Keys to Success: A Participatory Review of a Community-Based Approach to Empowerment of Consumer-Survivors through Creative Expression

    A two-year project engaged Spark of Brilliance participants and stakeholders in Guelph, Orangeville, and Fergus in defining success, understanding the outcomes and experiences of participants and other stakeholders, and identifying the common elements of successful Spark of Brilliance initiatives.

    9191_ Evaluation of Tikinagan Child and Family Services: Mamow Obiki-ahwahsoowin Project
    This participatory evaluation project was designed to describe in detail how a model of customary care is practiced in the communities served by Tikinagan (an Indigenous child welfare agency in Northern Ontario).
